If you just added your site and its goes under review then its mainly because it doesn’t meet minimum DA as defined in our site guidelines.

The evaluation process may take sometime as defined in the site guidelines. We would either accept the site or reply with some suggestions on how you can make your site better and be ready for building backlinks.

Sites which stay in review can ask for another review after 2 months once they have worked upon the suggestions shared by the moderator.
